Megan Lindgren - Owner & Founder
Megan brings over a decade of hands-on dental and business experience to Core Practice Solutions. Having worked as a Certified Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Hygiene Coordinator, and Office Manager, she understands every layer of how a dental practice runs — both clinically and administratively.
In 2021, she launched Core Practice Solutions to help dental practices streamline insurance and patient accounts receivables with honesty, efficiency, and care. Megan leads her team with the same values that have guided her career: integrity, thoroughness, and putting patients first.
When she’s not helping practices run smoothly, Megan enjoys family life with her two kids, and is always up for a new challenge.
Josie Z. - Senior Dental Administrator
With over 15 years in the dental industry, Josie brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for patient education to the Core Practice Solutions team. Her background spans accounts receivable, treatment planning, patient care, and office management, making her a versatile and trusted resource for both patients and practices.
Josie is known for her love of sharing knowledge and teaching others, whether it’s guiding patients through their treatment plans or helping colleagues grow in their roles.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and pursuing personal development.
Rameen Idrees - Dental Administrator & Future Dental Hygienist
Rameen combines her background in dental office administration with her newly completed Dental Hygiene diploma to bring both skill and fresh perspective to the Core Practice Solutions team. With over four years of administrative experience, she is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to helping practices stay on top of their insurance and accounts receivables.
Currently awaiting her dental hygiene license, Rameen is passionate about patient care and education, and she thrives in roles where she can support both providers and patients. At Core Practice Solutions, she’s excited to continue growing while making a meaningful difference for the practices she serves.
Tanis Wilkinson – Senior Dental Administrator
With nearly three decades of experience in dentistry, Tanis brings a wealth of knowledge and a steady hand to every practice she supports. Beginning her career as a Certified Dental Assistant in 1996, she later transitioned to the administrative side of dentistry, where her organizational skills and passion for patient care truly shine.
From launching a brand-new clinic from the ground up to managing busy, multi-doctor practices, Tanis has done it all — hygiene coordination, treatment planning, office management, and everything in between. She’s known for her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to keep even the busiest practices running smoothly.
At Core Practice Solutions, Tanis loves being part of a collaborative team that makes a difference for both patients and dental providers.
