Megan Lindgren - Owner & Founder
Megan brings over a decade of hands-on dental and business experience to Core Practice Solutions. Having worked as a Certified Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Hygiene Coordinator, and Office Manager, she understands every layer of how a dental practice runs — both clinically and administratively.
In 2021, she launched Core Practice Solutions to help dental practices streamline insurance and patient accounts receivables with honesty, efficiency, and care. Megan leads her team with the same values that have guided her career: integrity, thoroughness, systems focused.
When she’s not helping practices run smoothly, Megan enjoys family life with her two kids, dancing, working on her art and creative business, and is always up for a new challenge.
Josie Z. - Senior Dental Administrator
With over 15 years in the dental industry, Josie brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for patient education to the Core Practice Solutions team. Her background spans accounts receivable, treatment planning, patient care, and office management, making her a versatile and trusted resource for both patients and practices.
Josie is known for her love of sharing knowledge and teaching others, whether it’s guiding patients through their treatment plans or helping colleagues grow in their roles.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and pursuing personal development.
